WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
To
properly advise you, please bring as many of
the following documents as you can on our
first meeting:
A
copy of last year's tax return;
A
recent statement from each of your debts or
a recent credit report;
As
many of your recent pay stubs as you can
find (the Court will require that you
provide copies of the last 6 months of pay
stubs) 6 months of personal bank statements;
A
copy of any notices your have received for
any taxes owed;
A
copy of any documents that showing if your
mortgage is behind of in foreclosure;
Any
recent appraisal of your home or other real
property;
A
check, cash, or money order in the amount of
$50 for the initial consultation.
Also, it would be helpful to bring a
valuation of your vehicles and home. You can
